60 Second Review of…
Combat Mission
Tom's Review: I don't have Combat Mission.
But I'm sick of everyone telling me how good it is, so here's
the deal: I have two copies of Hasbro's Squad Leader right
here. I'll trade you both of them for one copy of Combat
Mission. That's my two games for your one game. What a bargain,
huh? Email me here.
Mark's Review: We shall play on the beaches.
We shall play on the landing grounds. We shall play in the
fields, and in the streets, we shall play in the hills. We
shall never surrender our game because Combat Mission is just
too good. This turn-based historical wargame will surely make
many of the year's top games lists. With its 3D graphics and
simultaneous resolution of turns, Combat Mission has finally
broken the boardgame hex that has held computer wargames spellbound
since the inception of computer gaming.
