I'm really pleased (and surprised) to see it at number one. I think it helped that it was released in Europe first and had such good buzz by the time it came out over here.

I was also surprised to see it topple D2:LOD - I thought Diablo was unstoppable.
I'd say LOD has claimed the title of the worlds best selling expansion pack.

I dunno -- all those Sims expansion packs have been on best-seller lists since virtually the month they were released, and haven't dropped off since. LOD may be higher on the list, but it hasn't been there as long as Livin' Large.
Really, that's kinda sad, in a way. But, I suppose the Sims reaches out to those "non-gamer" people, and hey, anything that gets them playing games is good.

Its about time a REAL game made it to number 1! The game deserves it, hopefully it stays up there for a few months and gives this type of game recognition enough to warrant copycats. If anygame deserves clones its the ofp gameplay. Ghost Recon doesnt cut it with 400 x 400 meters of playing field (though it might be okay)!
etc

WHEW! RCT *ALMOST* slipped off the weekly top 10 for the first time in, what, a year and a half?

I'd guess it has a really long way to go before it gives Loopy Landscapes a run for its money.
