Wow. Nothing like a hot chick with a gun...I must say that I can't imagine any better advertising for the movie than that poster. Who needs trailers?

"Nothing like a hot chick with a gun"

Wow, she's hot in that poster. Makes me wish I were Billy Bob or her brother!

Yeah, she looks pretty good. Okay, she looks really good. But we've already established that wishing to be her brother is sick. Sick, sick, sick! Right, Tom?

Wouldn't mind being Billy Bob Thornton, though, except for the name. I'd hate to be named Billy Bob, regardless of the perks.

Just think though, you could become an 80's rapper and people could call you "MC Double-B"

Damn though, that poster might not convince me to pay to go see the movie, but it definantly convinces me that I have to buy the poster. I can already feel the pan hitting me head... "Why did you pay $20 for that poster?" "Sorry dear"

Personally, I'll probably take my chances on the movie. Eight bucks for the theater is cheaper than twenty for the poster, and one could pretend to actually be interested in the movie for the movie's sake. "But honey, they said it was just like Indiana Jones..."

More likely, I'll rent it, or catch it on HBO, or something like that. Don't get to the theater much. But, you can bet that I'll see the movie at some point.

Murph, you deceitful bastige, you...

She does look great in the poster, but I'm a little surprised. Black is very sleek and sexy, but generally not a great color if you are looking to show off certain, uh, assets...

Odd, my brow seems lower all of a sudden...

Also, is it just me, or does the picture of the Everquest elf chick (no relation, methinks, to TOM Chick, though he might want to be her brother...) look a LOT like the one on the box? Just not as happy to see you?

Hey, you've gotta do what you've gotta do. Generally, I put up with her chick flicks and get to see a lot of what I want to see. Still, wives don't take too kindly to "Hey, you know it's got Angelina Jolie in it!" unless they are big fans of Angelina Jolie. (Sorta like when my wife had to drag me to Charlie's Angels. She loves Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz -- coincidentally, so do I. It was easy to get to see that movie. Tomb Raider, though? Could be a little more difficult.)

Yeah, I noticed that, too. It's pretty remarkable. Almost makes you wonder if she was the actual model...

Yeah, but don't expect her to go trudging through the snow in that outfit anytime soon.

Sorry, you lost me. If a woman that looked like that, and was dressed like that, was smiling at me like the gal on the Everquest Box, I don't think we'd be trudging anywhere for quite a long time.

Just a theory, mind you, but I expect it'd, uh, hold up.

It was a reference to the all the ads for Scars of
Velious that show her walking through foot-deep
snow in that bikini, with nary a goosebump to be seen.
