My parents took my 1 year old for the night, so the wife and I finally had a chance to see a movie (among other nice things).

At the recommendation of somebody (Erik?) I insisted that we see "The Others" instead of all the poorly reviewed summer movies available ("Made" isn't here in Milwaukee ... yet?)

I loved it. Finally a scary haunted house film that feels like a book (and the book I'm referring to is by Shirley Jackson, and it isn't "The Lottery").
