I believe this is as close to geek nirvana as you can get short of Captain Kirk appearing in a Star Wars movie.
I was a big fan of Xena and the X-files until a couple of years ago when the stories started losing me. I will definitely being watching these X-files episodes.

If you stopped watching Xena during the end of the fourth/fifth season (with that damn hippie Eli and so on) you should really watch the sixth and final season. They found their charm again and it tops season 2 as my favourite.
It's sad to see X-Files being so washed up though.

Xena was over for me when they killed Joxur. Ha! I still sing that song of his... "Joxur the mighty..." Although death never stopped actors from continuing to appear on these shows before (wasn't Aeolus dead on Hercules for like a whole season, but they'd stick the actor in wherever they felt like? Half the time he was in drag, I seem to recall.)
Actually, I just lost Xena that last season. The local station changed the time on me and I never found it again.
But Xena on the X-files? Eh. I'd keep wanting her to scream "Alalalalalalala" and do crazy backflips over the monster of the week. Wouldn't it be pretty funny if she did her warrior scream into her cell phone and deafened her partner?
Heh.
Okay, I'm geeking out now. I'll stop.
