I think the main Q23 page should work at 800x600.
Why am I in this resolution? Well, I'm testing some development I'm doing on my secondary monitor and the main Q23 page slides off the edge for no good reason.
640x480 we can ignore, but 800x600.. I think most pages should at least fit on that page size; that's the real minimum screen size for most people.

It's supposed to. We probably introduced some table stuff in the HTML that's making it act funny.
What browser and version are you using?
Some people still like 640x480, btw. Some notebook users and some people with 19" and larger monitors like to run their browser in a window and want that "skinny" look so they don't have to scroll.
